that Thomas Shemyng escheator of Kent and Middlesex
have seased of one Saunder Davy late of the parish
of Aylesford within yo county of Kent which is
outlawed to the sum of the 24 day of
march Last past being in the hands of Richard
war dwelling within the said parish which
he ought to him as it appears by Indenture

Also the said Thomas Shemyng and his deputees by
Vertu of his office seased the last fayre of Saint Bartholomew
30 doss of Shepys Skynnes tanned contrary unto yo
statutes forfeit by one Thomas Tyscote of Henley in Arderne
in the county of Warwyk which forfeit is worth
as it appears of Record before the Barons of the aexchequer

The same Thomas have seased and made restraint of
being in the hands of the Prior of Highm of the goods
of one Thomas Masburgh Late of London which is
taken & remains in yo tower of London treason. which
money is owing upon covenance as appears by indenture

And also a tenement belonging to the said Thomas
which is worth by year and was seased the
Monday next after s ‌ Edwards day last past

M ‌ John chain heir unto Roger chain holds part
of the manor of Kenarton of the king by knights service
and is within as is found in Berkshire
