Me ‌ that Richard Cholmeley 40 marks yearly &
for certain over allowances that he had set in his
book of accounts which requireth noon excercise
as it appears in the of accounts whereof
the king have a copie

M ‌ that Laurence Bonvix have forfeited
of late over & besides all other debts that he
have found surtie for which must be called
upon betwixt this & Christmas at the ferthest
for his surties be no lenger bound for him

M ‌ Sir Raignold Bray & Warley have promised
to pay & answer of a disme
Anno 11th which is yet unpaid & due

M ‌ Warley must pay to John Heron for
Thomas Say of Abyngton in pty of payment of
for his benevolence And over that 100 marks
for Sir John Ryssleys benevolence which is
ready money to be p ‌ the next term

Itm Adrian of Bardes owes for his
benevolence

Memorand that Warley have promised before
master Bray & Litton that he will content all that
is due for the privy seal by the later end of the
next term which draws byond

me ‌ that the king have offerd the marriage of the
baron of Grastok son unto my Lord of Durham for
1000 marks whereof to be paid yearly

It the said Lord have promised to pay for the
Shirefwik of Northumberland for this year past & for
this year at this next term w ‌ out any forther delay

me ‌ that the King's gce is thorough w ‌ Doctor smith
by the means of mast Shaa for w ‌ good and
sufficient suretys ˄ whereof 50 marks to be paid at
Hallowtide next 50 marks at midsummer next aft & 50 marks
at Christmas following // Over & besides sufficient
suretys to be bound by Recoing in for his
good behaviour
