And thou Ihon Aishton monished and commaunded by vs as is aforesaid, after thine othe taken: without any reasonable cause or any other licence, neither wouldest thou nor yet wyll, but refusest and yet doest contemptiously, to aunswere vnto such conclusions before vs, iudicially accordyng to our monition and commaūdemēt aforesayd: do hold all such conclusions by thee confessed, and thee the foresayd Ihon withal thy sayd conclusions, conuicted. And therfore we do pronounce and declare by sentence giuing, that thou Ihon Aishton cōcerning those conclusions, whiche by vs with good deliberation of diuers prelates our suffraganes, and also diuers and sondry professours of diuinitie, and other wise men and learned in the lawe accordyng to the Canonicall sanctions, beyng cōdempned and declared for an hereticke and hereticall: to haue been and still is, an heretique, and thy cōclusions hereticall. And as touchyng thy other conclusions by vs heretofore counted erroneous, and for erroneous condempned: wee do pronounce and declare sentencially by these our writtinges, that both thou hast erred and doest erre.
