Being sworn and examined [saith on] Sunday the ninth day of this instant [at] one of the clock in the afternoon [he] heard: Robert Okell and Peter Drinkwater apprentices to Richard Key beerbrewer… together in their Master’s house the said Okell said to the said Peter Drinkwater... though woudst take with me to which the said Peter answered and said yea at night and then the said Robert replied and said no now and further this examinate saith that afterwards he saw them upon the bed which was in the room and the said Robert Okell did commit buggery upon the said Peter Drinkwater and the said Peter said thou can do no good with thy breeches on: and the said Robert said that his members were in his way. And lastly this examinate saith that at several other times he hath heard the said Peter Drinkwater and Robert Okell discoursing together and gasping.
