Informeth upon oath that about the 20th of February last George Chapman of Manchester grocer came into the informer's house and said he had a warrant against this informer's son and that he was fled or conveyed to Mr Egerton's house at Shaw and there Mr Egerton kept him and uttered these words or to that effect against the said Mr Egerton one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said county (vizt) that he cared not for him of a turd for he was an idle drunken fellow and that he was not fit to sit upon the bench.
