Informeth and saith that on Monday was fortnight about twelve or one of the clock at night he seeing a light in the house of Jonathan Eastwood looked through a glass window and did see about six or seven men sitting about a table by the fire (the said Eastwood being one of them) some of which were playing at dice as he this informer verily thinketh for that he did see first one and then another come and go with their hands and shake them as men do that cast dice and did hear them reckon and tell what number was cast and who could not win but saith he doth not know any of the said persons (saving Jonathan Eastwood Master of the house) and further doth not inform.
