Edward Forth
Confesseth that he is licensed to keep alehouse by Mr Ashton of Penketh and Mr Ireland yet he hath had gaming in his house several times since.

Saith that Edward Forth of Ashton junior won of a stranger fourteen shillings about the 19th of October last and the stranger cried he was undone and beggared.
