Robert Harvey
John Cheshire senior of Sutton is a man very much given to tippling and drinking and keeping of idle company and hath been seen times so far spent with drink that he could not sit on horse back but fell besides his horse, and could not get to his own home without help of some of his neighbours.
Statement

William King
That in summer last… the said Robert did take a ring of gold and put it upon the fourth finger of the defendant's left hand, the said defendant kindly receiving the same and saying, that, before god and these two witnesses Robert Harvey I am as good as yet married wife, and saith that after this finished as is by this deponent here deposed they went all together with the said defendant into her house and there did drink together.
