That he did not no persuade the Churchwardens to forbeare to go always with him going to Administer the sacraments or not to take notice of them that did not conform to the gesture of kneeling but said that it was in the choice to appoint who should follow him with the wine and persuaded the Churchwardens to be careful of here other and observe those that were unconformable and conversely he said that in case they incurred any censure for not following with the… wine he would bear them one and further said he received the bread and wine from the clerks but does not remember he refused to receive it from the Churchwardens and also… that this respondent should utter that if he kept them in their Seals or otherwise were out of the Church and did not see who… declined to conform that they were discharged of their oaths and further that to this effect he said vizt that he made me question my Lord Bishop would determine whether they the Churchwardens were to follow with wine.
