John Drake
In the month of May last past anno domini 1608 one Esther the maid servant of John Awborn in the hearing of this deponent said that Robert Skowlton denied that he ever told Anne Awborne that he saw Richard Turnor of Ridlington have the carnal use of the body of Suzan Dodman whereto Anne Awborne then present replied and said that he had reported so much unto her and if he denied it he was a knave and a baggage and not worthy to be eaten or drunken with, which words were spoken in the house of John Awborne of Ridlington.
