Saith that being lodged at John Fazakerley's house and in bed in company of a man of Mr Egerton… the same man went out of that bed from this examinate and got into bed to a maid and servant of the said John Fazakerley being in one chamber upon either Wednesday or Thursday night last and saith that the next night after there was a coverlet weaver man appointed to lie with this examinate and this man willed the said woman to come to bed to him and she so did, and this examinate arose out of that bed and went to another bed and told them that he would say nothing and saith they lay together all that night, and this examinate arose and went to that bed and found them therein both together and then she arose from that man and this examinate went into that bed to the same man after her departure and saith the first night Fazakerley his wife came to the inn chamber door with a candle at such time as the said maid was in bed with the said Mr Egerton's man and did so might see them in bed together.
