Sworn and examined deposeth and saith that this day this deponent being in the tavern of Mr Robert Berry at the Sign of the King’s Arms in company of Mr Thomas Harvey alderman Mr Thomas Weston John Chamberlain of Dublin and one John Weedop upon occasion of conference concerning certain business, that there did come by accident into their company Mr Richard Birchley who sitting him down close by this deponent and near unto the said John Weedop he the same Weedop asked Mr Birchley whether Mr Byfield were as yet cured of the pox.
