Samuel Osgood
Samuel Osgood confessed that he drank three pots of beer at his cousin Martin's in St Paul's on Sunday last and that were there drinking and playing at cards three or four combers.

The court was informed by the wife of Albert Awstin that on Sunday night last she saw drinking at the house of one Edmund Martin in Mr Gilman's yard in St Paul's an unlicensed tippler, Bartholomew Cooke worsted weaver and that with him there was Samuel Osgood servant of Albert Awstin and divers others drinking and playing.
