Roger d'Espagne

Roger d'Espagne, cousin of Gaston Fébus, and seneschal of Carcassonne from 1383 to 1390. Note that the viscounts of Béarn bore arms of 'or, two cows in pale gules, gorged horned and belled azure'. The count of Foix and viscount of Bearn, Gaston Fébus, bore quarterly of Foix (1 and 4: 'or, three pales gules') and of Béarn (2 and 3).
