John of Berry

Younger son of John, duke of Berry. He was born in 1377. He married his cousin, Catherine, daughter of King Charles V on 5 August 1386, when she was barely eight years old. After her death, in 1388, he married Anne, daughter of John of Bourbon, count of La Marche, in 1401.
