Anthony Lucy, first Lord Lucy (d. 1343)

Leading English aristocratic in the region of the Anglo-Scottish border. He was first mentioned in 1301 and was knighted before the battle of Bannockburn, at which he fought. He was constable of Carlisle Castle between 1323 and 1328. He took part in Edward III’s Scottish campaign in 1335 and was appointed keeper of Berwick in May 1336. He died in 1343.
