Son of John Browne, Citizen and Mercer of London, for part of the Year: and Lawrence Aylmer, Draper, Son of Thomas Aylmer of Ellesnam in Essex, for the other part.

MAIOR, Sir Stephen Jenings, Merchant-Taylor, Son to William Jenings of Wolverhampton in Staffordshire.

He builded a Free School at Welfrunehampton, or Wolverhampton aforesaid. Which is still worthily maintained by the Company of Merchant-Taylors of London.

This Stephen Jenings builded also the greatest part of St. Andrew's Church, called Undershaft.

King HENRY VIII. began his Reign the 22d of April, in the Year 1509.

This Roger Achiley provided Corn for Service of this City in great Plenty, and caused the same to be stowed up in the common Garner, called Leadenhal.

A careful Magistrate for Corn.
