Seems to be an attempt to assemble a text as there is much speculation. Some lines may have been supplied by other contributors - Capt. Magon, Nat England, Mrs W. Oldham, Hannah Clemow. Mentions Frank Nance as a performer 70 years ago. Has a note from R Morton Nance about his father, W. E. Nance seeing the play about 1845 and being frightened by the Dragon. For letters referring to this text see pp. 06250-06250a and p. 06383. The original MS of this version is at pp. 10565-10574.
Carpenter gives Hicks's address as St Cecilia, Dinas Road, Padstow, Cornwall.
