The daily proceeding in Parliament, and the Councell of State;
the Results of the General Councel of the Army, with other choise
Intelligence from severall parts Great Brittain.
Containing these ensuing Heads, viz.
A Declaration of the col. Horton, and the Forces in Wales, touching the parliament,
and the present Government. Prince Charles his last resolution.
The Scots compliancy with him, and the cause of his longer stay in Holland.
Letters from Ireland. The successe of the Fleet at Sea. And special
intelligence from several other parts of England.

Beginning Wednesday May. 30.
THe opinions of the Committee of Complaints were
this day reported to the House, concerning Sir Hugh
Owen, viz. That the said Sir Hugh Owen is comprised
within the Articles of the Isle of Angleson,
and upon that account ought to be discharged of
the Sequestration on his Estate: whereupon the
House ordered, First, That the Committee for preparing
the Act touching Articles formerly granted,
to such as were in Hostility, should meet this afternoon, and report the said
Act to the House with all convenient speed. Secondly, ordered that a petition
from some of the Inhabitants of the Isle of Anglesea, be referred to
the said Committee. Thirdly, Ordered that Sir William Strickland, Mr. T.
Challenor, Sir James Harrington, and severall other members of Parl. be
added to that Committee. Resolved, &c. That sir Hugh Owen be discharged
