A Message from the King of Scots to the Part of Scotland, concerning the executing
or the late King his Father,and severrll Overtures between them, New
Proposals from he Scots to Charls their King, with the entertainment of the Scots
Commissioners at the Court. A bloudy fight at Sea. The landing of the part forces
in Ireland. And a fight there in which 500. Were slain, and the Leist.Gen.
Kid severall ships come towards the West to joyne with the Royall party for
Charles the II. against the Parl.of England. With a Declaration of the Gentlmen
of Wales, And the severall all votes and proceedings of the house of Commons.

THe humble Petition of the young Lord Capel was this day
read, about some part of the Estate seized on, as to matter
of particular Interest. The business was referred to the
Committee to whom the 400001, for Ireland was referred
to examine the State of the business, and make Report to
the House.
A Petition was presented by divers Gentlemen of worth and fidelitty, for
satisfaction out of the Marquels of winchesters Estate, for damages he did
them; The house referred it to a Committee to examine the particulars.
The house was acquainted that a letter was sent from the Ministers of Scord
land, to the Ministers of London; but nothing was done in it, A Copy was
