Impartiall Intelligencer:
COMMUNICATING,
A Perfect Collection of the Weekly Passages
in PARLIAMENT, And Proccedings of the Councell
of State; with other choyce Intelligence from the Lord Fairgax's Army;
from the Princes Fleet, and the Parliaments Navy at Sea, from
the Armies in Ireland,and the most remarkable Newes from
Forraign Princes. Containing these chief Heads. viz.
The Marquesse of Ormonds Message to the declared King of Scots, touching
the late fight at Dublin, 3000. Horse of the Duke of Lorrains landed in
Ireland, to joyn with the Lord Ards, for joyning together in a body of 30000 against
the Lord Lieut. Of Ireland coming thither. A new Message from the
Scots to their King, and 14000. Auxilaries raised there. And their Declaration
against the Parl. Of England. The last Intelligence from Dublin. Good newes
from the Navy, and the Proceedings of the Lord Lieut. with 3. Regiments shipped
for Ireland.

Beginning Wednesday August the 8.
THis day The Act was brought in, and read in the house of
Commons, for poore prisoners for Debt, according to the
last Uotes, and Instructions of the house to the Committee;
All new drawn according to the said Instructions, about
which the house spent much time in debate thereof; And
the house had severall things under consideration therein, both as to the
Creditor and to the Debtor, and what may be the good consequences and
what the ill, as also wherein there may be severall amendments, Vpon the
whole debate about the said, it was ordered to be recommitted to the committee
and they to meet this afternoon in the Exchaqner Chamber, and all
Members that will come to have voyces, And said Committee are to
