Passages of PARLIAMENT, And other choyce Intelligence

Northampton taken by the Levellers, & kept against the Parl. Forces sent to besiege them.
The Declaration of the Levellers taken prisoners by the Lord Gen. The Severall sentences
of Councel of Warre. The Declaration of Col. Whalies Regiment, P. Charles
his Speech. Dublin in Ireland relieved by sea, A fight at sea the particulars there of
And the Ships taken, A fight in Scotland, Divers prisoners taken. And how the Lieut,
Gen. Fell in the water, and was drivers down with the stream A bloudy fight with the
Scots in Ireland. The Votes for a new Parl in England. And Letters from the Lord Gen
Head-Quarters at Oxford. The Tryal of Col. Ayres, And the Declaration of Cornet
Den, Condemned to be shot to death by a councel of warre.

Beginning Munday the 14. of May.
THe House of Commons this day passed an Act, declaring
what offences shall be adjudged Treasons
and ordered the said to be printed and
published.
The House referred it to a select Committee,
to whom severall rules passed, and Instructions
to consider the estates of Hospitalls, and other
places of Charity, and how supplyes may be
had for Widowes & Orphants, and by the late
warres in the service of the Parliament, also
for providing for maymed Souldiers in Hospitals.
The house approved of Mr. Wastell, Collonel
white, Col Fleetwood and Mr. Salway, to sit in the House.
An additionall Act of names, &c. passed for the Act for the Assesments for the
Army.
An Act passed for Mr Scobel, Cleark of the Parliament to take his custody and
charge, all Acts, books, papers Records and Writings in the possession of Mr. Brown
Clerk to the Lords, & the severall towers of the house where he liveth, And for the
