said Castle, he prayed to have some allowance in consideration there
of; whereupon the Parliament ordered. That he should have three
hundred pound out of such Delinquents Estates as he should di
cover, out of the two Counties of Northumberland and the Bishop
rick.
The Contractors appointed by Act of Parliament for the sale of
the Goods &c. of the late king, &c sitting at Sommerset house
do hereby give notice, That upon the 27 instant September, being
Thursday, at two a clock in the afternoon, they intent to put to sale
several parcels of garie and white Place, in the great Hall in Sommerset
house, aforesaid; and that upon Tuesday and Wednesday next
preceding the said day of sale, between the hours of eight and eleven
in the morning, and two and five in the afternoon, the said
Plate is to be seen at the Office of the Jewel-House in the Tower of
London.

An act was ordered to be ingrost for tryal of Pyrates, Murderers
Sea Robbers, and the revolted Seamen and Marriners, that have Since
been taken and continue prisoners, by justices of Oyer and Termined
in the Circuits. But the great ones are most of them got away
Allen out of Peter house, Canon out of Norwich Goal, &c. All the
chief Captain that revolted, have been taken, except two or three
yet few now left in prison.
An Act Passed this day, for setling of the maintenance for westminster
School, and appointing Governors for the said School and
Alms-house, Feoffees, Trustees, &c. Dr. Osboston to have his house
as formerly, and 100l. a yeer paid by the Governors.
A Letter was read from Mounsier Joakimy, Ambassador from the
States of the united Provinces, in behalf of three Vessels newly come
from Ireland, in which is Wine, of the growth of France, contrary to
the late Act of Parliament, assuring, that they knew not of it when
they came out; and that there is six Hogsheads brought in them for
himself, for his own spending. The Parliament ordered to refer it
to the Committee of the Navy to consider thereof.
An Irish Officers Widow was (upon her Petition) ordered this
day by the Parliament, fourty shillings a week for her relief, out of
Haberdashers Hall. Some Members were added to that Committee.
And Master Nowel (onely) is appointed Treasurer for the Moneys at
Weavers Hall.
