WE have here in this Country a Soldiery active
and faithful, most exemplary for obedience,
and sensible of that Allegiance which they
owe to his Highness, as their Protector and
Soveraigne Prince, whom they will adhere
unto, with the hazzard of their lives, and all that is deer to
them, considering that the Interest of settlement ought to
be the end of war, and that if the present Establishment
should not hold, we shall soon lanch out into an Ocean of
endlesse Confusion, This hath been upon our hearts, and
