23 Nov.
SIr, I have little news to impart, onely the taking of the
late Rover Captain Papachini by the Phenix; and that
the late Commander in the Fairfax is sent home prisoner
in the Guinney Frigot for some miscarriages.
A Copy of the fame Paper (which hath been read
in all Cities and Towns Corporate, places of note, and
Navies at Sea) hath also been with us, and read with an audable
voice aboard every particular Ship, well approved of by
