THE News from Dunkirk is, that all things there
are in good condition; and that the Lord
Lockhart is set forward thence toward Paris, to
the Court of France.
There hath nothing of Action of late
passed in this Country, the French lying close
in their, Quarters, and the Spaniard being wholy taken up
with preparations for the Campagne, supposing all will be at
hazard if they be not early in the Field, because preparations
