According to the Adjournment made from Tuesday the
tenth instant to this day, very many of the Livery-men of
London attended here, for consummating the Election of
Members for the approaching Parliament, the competition
being at present betwixt Alderman, or Major General Brown,
and Alderman Robinson: But about ten of the clock, Proclamation
was made by the Sheriff, signifying a further Adjournment
of the fame until Tuesday next, the eighteenth
instant, at eight a clock in the morning; at which time there
will be a final determination of thematter.
