Spinola Generall of the Galleys to meet the
Niece of Cardinall Mazarin, now Princess of
Modena, and conduct her to Via Reggio; and afterwards
to conduct her mother the Lady Martinozzi
to Civita Vecchia.
Upon the 9. instant, the Lore Mario Chist, the
Popes brother, and Flavio, Agostine, and Sigismondo
his Nephew, were all admitted into the rank
and number of our Nability, of which a Courier
is sent to Rome to give notice to our Resident
there; to the end that he may shew the acts of
State relating there unto to his Holiness; and afterwards
send them to Siena where the Said
Lords do live. Within these few days came a
Vessel to Naples, to give notice to the Viceroy,
in the name of Don John of Austria, who commands
for Spain in Catalonia, how much the
people there were terrified by reason of the saccefles
of the Prince of Conti before Cap.de-Quiers,
and other places.

The Princess Royal of Orange is preparing for
her journey to Colen, there to meet Charls her
brother. A Remonstrance having been made
in the Assembly of the States Generall, touching
the oppression of the Protestants in the valleys
of Piedmont, they have entred into consideration
which way to relieve and assist them.
