THe Armies are now going into winter-quarters.
The Spaniard feeds himself with hope of succor
at Spring, and with the belief of that the Country
is quieted, but grones under a miserable
weight of contribution and free quarter; the
Antwerpers have paid dear to be excused, advancing a good
sum to that end, part whereof was sent to the Prince of Conde,
who is now said to be gone to Brussels, where the chief Commanders
are consulting what to do at Spring, and divers of
our English Cavaliers are there. We do not hear yet, that
