THe Court of Exchequer erected here is
now opened, and the Judges thereof for
present are Mr: Desborowe Mr: Lockhart
Judge Smith, and Judge Lawrence, the
Assessement here is setled by order and
Declaration much after the way of levying
the Assessement in England. It is too
Voluminous to bee here inclosed but I herewith send you an
Order and Declaration of this Council prohibiting any Families,
Persons or Goods to bee Transported into Ireland without
