Westminster, Thursday 18.
THe House resolved to keep a day of Pasting and Humiliation
on Wednesday next at Margarets Church,
Westminster; and Mr. Caryl, Mr. Manton, and Mr.
Jonkyns are to preach before them.
They also appointed a Committee to prepare a Declaration
for a generall Fast to be observed in all
places throughout the three Nations, on Wednesday the 29 of October,
upon which day Dr John Owen, Vice Chancelor of the Raiversity
of Oxon, Dr. Thomas Goodwon, and Mr. George Griffith are to preach
before the House.
They proceeded to appoint a Committee for priviledges in reference
