SIR, Sorry I am that so many of your Contrimen
have been searching the Map and cannot tell in what
part of it to find out our Utopia. But the truth is,
they are the more to be excused, because we our
selves, with all the learned in Geographie, as yet
know not in what Longitude or Latitude to describe
it; though I may tell you, we had some heretofore that traveld for it
at least a dozen years together, and like Sit Francis Drake, went
round and round the world, and so went home again. Why then
should any be angry, that in all the voyages made through the Terra
Incognita of three Forms of Government, and the Four Monarchies of
