WE are glad to see our ships returning out of
Frante, and trading opened again that
way. The next thing in expectation here
is, that some course will be speedly taken
to bring about the Treaty concerning a
new Alliance.
The Lords Teen hove and Wit, who are
to go to Portngal to confer there touching the matter in difference
betwixt this State and that down, are to go to
morrow to Hellevet. Sluys, to depart thence along with
