THe Scots are like to bring their Hogs to a
fair Market, now They are all in the
Pounds, as you shall better understand
before the end of our Intelligence. In
the mean time know, that as Rats
leave an old house when' tis ready to
fall about their ears, so yong Tarquin's
Majestie and his Grandees have quitted
their Scotch Parliament; which should have sat again the
15th Instant, and they promised the Baby, a Bell, a Bib, and a
Rattle, viz. that hee should be crowned on the 16th, which
hee and his Companions had no minde to stay for, but immediately
left the Crowne in Edenburgh, and croft over into Fife
for the preservation of that proper Head-peece, which being
but slenderly valued here in England, will never prove good
Traffick for his Countrimen; And therefore'tis possible it may
