THese are to acquaint you with what was done at
our Assizes held at Exon, for the County of
Devon, John Ward Condemned to be hanged
by Judge Nicholas, four Men and four Women.
William Badgood for stealing of Serges,
Bartholomew Hollomore, a blind man that stabe'd
his Father and killed him. John Wescot for breaking a
house, but took away nothing. Rachel Campe for cutting a
Purse, in which was two Shillings four pence, for which she died.
One for witchcraft, his name William Elliot, Jone Badcock,
