IT was the third instant that we departed from the Coast
of England. On the nineth we fell in with that part of
Jutland, which is called the Holmes. On the tenth Sir
George Ayscue came to us with four sail. On the eleventh
there came to us two Lubeckers who came out of the
Zound, who gave us an account how affairs stood betwixt the
Swedes and Danes.
On the twelfth, the Assurance Frigot came to us, who had
been as high as the Trunels, where she found very much Ice, being
one while frozen fast in it, but got off again through mercy,
