From St. Maloes we are advertised, that the
Admiral of the Spanish Plate fleet, being bound
homeward from the Indies, laden with eight millions
in speede and Ingots, was sunk in the Sea neer
the shore: but by the means of certain Fishermen,
who were excellent well skill'd in diving,
and had the art of staying 3 quarters of an houre
under water at the bottom, they made a shift to
recover 3 millions again.
The Duke of York is gone hence to Compiegne,
to visit their Majesties and the Duke of Anjou,
where he will not stay long, being to return back
to this City, where he is like to continue til some
issue be seen of our Treaty in England.

Our Fleet, which is to be commanded by Gen.
Wrargel, will be shortly ready. We have already
three Land Armies, the First to he commanded
by General comingsmack, the second by General
Wi[unr]temberg and the third by General Douglas.
Although the Estates of the Realm have made
it their desire to the King, that he would not go
out of the Kingdom, yet he is resolved to appear
in the head of one of these Armies.
The King hath appointed three Senators to go
into Moscovy, another for Portugal, and Sir George
Fleetwood to go into England.
