Upon the reading of a Report from the
Committee of the Council to [unr] the
consideration of the charter [unr]
was referred, ordered that the[unr]
his Highness the Lord Protector in the advice
of the Council, that his Highness will
please to grant a new Charter for confirming
[unr] the [unr] grain [unr] by the [unr]
with such alterations and Additions as are in the said R[unr]
particularly expressed.
