THese are to acquaint you with our Proceedings
both in City and Country in the
matter of Elections. For our City wee
have elected the Lord Widdrington and
Mr. Alderman Dichenson. For the Westviding
of our County were elected the
Lord Lambert, Baron Thorpe, Col. Tempest,
Mr. Stanhope, Mr. Ardington, and
Captain Gyll. My Lord Lambert avas agreed on by all parties,
and chosen at first; but the rest had Competitors, and came
