THe News here is, that all the Irish Frigats (except
Captain Swarts) are now at Passage, and also
five of the best Frigats belonging to this Town.
The Fleet of Nova Hispania being now to returne
from the Indies, and the King of Spain
in great anxiety about them, these Frigats must
all go out towards India to meet them. Besides, ten or twelve
Saile are to go from hence; but if they have no better defence
than these ships, I suppose it will but little availe
them.
