Whitehall, November 24.
AN account was given of two ships (one of them
named the six Brothers) who are come home
from Porto in Portugal, and they bring word,
that the King of Portugal is dead. No Letters
are come yet from that Kingdom to confirm the
Report, and therefore its best yet a while to suspend a belief
of the death of so good an Allit this Commonwealth, till
we receive a confirmation.
This day also we had notice of the Returns made of several
persons newly chosen to fit in Parliament, in the room of
