THis Highland Enemy will not yet
shew it self as an Enemy should,
but they harbour still in the Hills,
and all chat Coll. Morgan could do
after his tedious march that way
was only to get a sight of them on
the other side of the River Tain, a broad dangerous
River, and without Boats, so that there was
no getting to them, and so he thought fit to return
back to his Quarter at Dingwel, having no
Enemy to encounter.
Middleton goes on still in his Levies, forcing
men in, the Counties of Caithness and Ross,
but not with such success, as he expected. The
Quarrel between Glencairn and Monrq, hath bred
